Natalia Olbinska is the Founder of Smart Search, a boutique executive search firm specializing in the recruitment of Senior client-facing professionals for private banks, wealth managers and brokerage firms in Switzerland.
With more than 20 years of experience in financial markets across private banking, wealth management, brokerage and executive search, Natalia has built an extensive international network spanning Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, Africa and the CIS. She focuses on identifying exceptional client-facing professionals - Relationship Managers with proven asset-gathering capabilities and in large number of cases supporting their relocation to Switzerland.
Before founding Smart Search, Natalia held recruitment roles at Credit Suisse, LGT and J. Safra Sarasin , where she partnered with senior business leaders to build high-performing front-office teams and support long-term AUM growth.
Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade at Saxo Bank advising High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients across international markets, giving her a deep understanding of both the banking business and the talent landscape.
Today, Natalia works with private banks, wealth managers, multi-family offices and brokerage firms to source outstanding client-facing professionals, from experienced Relationship Managers and Private Bankers. She is recognized for her market knowledge, discretion and ability to connect exceptional talent with organizations seeking sustainable growth.
